The operator

Built revenue across four careers.

Marketing director for a £12M global events portfolio. Launched Telegraph Business Events. Scaled Pioneer to fifteen staff and £900k, then sold it. Five years running EMEA partner go-to-market for AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Google and Nvidia at TD SYNNEX.

AXQ brings those together: go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, executive events and the Revenue Engine, an agent-built pipeline system first proven on AXQ's own business.

The work is done directly, not passed to a junior team. When a programme needs more hands, AXQ brings in trusted associates and is building a founding team.

How we work

Engagement shapes.

Interim

In the seat

Full-time for a defined period, covering a vacancy, a launch or a turnaround.

Fractional

Part of the week

An agreed number of days each week. A seat, not a project, compared against hiring rather than consulting.

Fixed scope

One job, done properly

A programme design, a market entry, a Revenue Engine or an executive programme, with a clear end.

Principles

What you can expect.

01

Operators, not slideware

Strategy is the easy half. We stay to build what the plan needs.
02

Agents draft, people act

Every automated system we build keeps a person in control of what is sent, spent or published.
03

Measured in pipeline

Partner programmes, events and engines are all judged on revenue, not activity.
04

Honest about fit

If something is not what you need, we will say so. That is a perfectly good answer.

Forty-five minutes, no pitch.

Bring the expansion plan, the stalled programme or the empty pipeline. You will leave with a second opinion and a next step.
