How we handle your data.

Who we are. AXQ Agency ("AXQ", "we") is a go-to-market consultancy based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact john@axq.agency.

What we collect. Only what you choose to send us: your name, company, work email and any message, when you email us, request a guide, register interest in an event or apply for a role. This website does not use advertising cookies.

How we use it. To reply to you, send what you asked for, and tell you about the event or role you registered for. We rely on your consent, or on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

Sharing. We do not sell or share your details. We use trusted providers, such as our email and website hosting services, to run the business, under appropriate data protection terms.

How long we keep it. Only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, then we delete it.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
