How AXQ works
An agent-first partner practice.
One senior partner leader, backed by a team of AI agents that do the groundwork. You get the founder's judgement on the things that need it, and the pace of a team on everything else.
Why agent-first
Most of a partner launch is not strategy.
It is research, lists, records, follow-up, write-ups and keeping track. In a traditional consultancy that work is done by junior staff, billed by the day, and it is where projects slow down.
At AXQ that work is done by agents, each with one job and written rules. It means the founder spends his time where experience counts: deciding which partners matter, shaping an offer they will say yes to, and opening the conversations himself.
It also means AXQ runs its own go-to-market the way it helps clients run theirs. The research, outreach, content and records behind this business are done by the same agents. You can see them, and what they did this week, on the Team page.
Who does what
How the founder and the agents divide the work.
| The founder | The agents |
|---|---|
| Sets the direction and the rules every agent works within | Follow those rules, and report back after every run |
| Talks to you, and to your partners | Research markets, companies and partner landscapes |
| Decides which partners belong on your shortlist, and why | Gather the facts behind each name and keep the records |
| Designs your UK partner offer | Draft documents, proposals and write-ups for the founder to check |
| Opens partner conversations personally | Prepare the notes, follow-ups and next steps |
| Sets every price and approves every outreach sequence | Never send anything outside what the founder has signed off |
Frank, the Chief of Staff Agent, sits in the middle: it turns the founder's direction into each day's orders, checks the agents' work against the rules and tells the founder what happened.
What a client gets
The UK Partner Launch Sprint.
A fixed four to six week project for technology companies entering the UK, or restarting a UK channel that has stalled.

The Sprint builds the conditions and starts the conversations. It is not a contact list, and it does not promise signed partners or revenue by a date.
After the Sprint you can stop, or keep the founder on as your fractional UK partner lead. If you want the machine as well as the outcome, AXQ can build an agent set-up like this one around your own team, with your rules and your people in control.

Agents make the work faster. People stay in charge.
The founder approves what goes out
Every outreach sequence and template is signed off by the founder before it runs. One-off messages are sent by the founder, or only on his yes. Nothing goes to your partners or customers without your agreement.
The founder sets every price
No agent writes, quotes or suggests a price, ever. Pricing is discussed with the founder on a call.
Every agent has written rules
Each one has a single job, a set level of autonomy and a list of things it must never do. No AXQ agent works fully autonomously.
Every run is logged
Each agent records what it did and what it found, so any piece of work can be traced and checked.
Facts, not claims
Agents only use what can be verified. Where something cannot be confirmed, it is left out.
Why the founder
An operator who has sat on the partner side.
Five years at TD SYNNEX (via IQBlade, acquired), leading partner go-to-market programmes for AWS, Cisco, Google, Microsoft and Nvidia across EMEA. He has sat on the distribution side, where vendors arrive asking for partners, and knows what makes a UK partner say yes.
